Bu nedenle sizleri ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenmesine ili\u015fkin olarak bilgilendirmek isteriz.<\/p><p>Bu kapsamda KVKK\u2019n\u0131n 10. maddesi ile getirilen ayd\u0131nlatma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn yerine getirilmesini teminen haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z BMS 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu Kapsam\u0131nda B\u00fclten Aboneli\u011fi Ayd\u0131nlatma Metni <strong>(\u201cAyd\u0131nlatma Metni\u201d)<\/strong> ile web sitemiz \u00fczerinden b\u00fclten aboneli\u011fi i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurman\u0131z ya da m\u00fc\u015fteri formundaki ilgili alan\u0131 doldurman\u0131z halinde temin edilen ki\u015fisel verilerinizin i\u015flenmesine ili\u015fkin detayl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar ve bilgilendirmelerde bulunmak ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Bu Ayd\u0131nlatma metni KVKK ve Ayd\u0131nlatma Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakk\u0131nda Tebli\u011f esas al\u0131narak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Hakk\u0131m\u0131zda<\/strong><\/p><p>Web sitemizdeki ya da m\u00fc\u015fteri formundaki \u201cB\u00fcltene \u00dcye Ol\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yer alan formu doldurarak bize iletti\u011finiz ki\u015fisel verileriniz; Ancak i\u015flemin ayr\u0131ca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi halinde, \u015eirketimiz taraf\u0131ndan makul bir \u00fccret al\u0131nabilecektir.<\/p><p>Bu kapsamda ki\u015fisel veri sahipleri, \u015eirketimize ba\u015fvurarak kendisiyle ilgili a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki haklara sahiptir:<\/p><ul><li>Ki\u015fisel veri i\u015flenip i\u015flenmedi\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verileri i\u015flenmi\u015fse buna ili\u015fkin bilgi talep etme, Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenme amac\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n amac\u0131na uygun kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme,<\/li><li>Yurt i\u00e7inde veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fileri bilme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015flenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 halinde bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczeltilmesini isteme,<\/li><li>6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019un 7.maddesinde (ki\u015fisel verilerin silinmesi, yok edilmesi veya anonim hale getirilmesine ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler kapsam\u0131nda) \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fartlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ki\u015fisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,<\/li><li>(d) ve (e) bentleri uyar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan i\u015flemlerin, (ki\u015fisel verilerin d\u00fczeltilmesi, silinmesi veya yok edilmesi kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan i\u015flemler) ki\u015fisel verilerin aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015filere bildirilmesini isteme,<\/li><li>\u0130\u015flenen verilerin m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran otomatik sistemler vas\u0131tas\u0131yla analiz edilmesi suretiyle ki\u015finin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na itiraz etme,<\/li><li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak i\u015flenmesi sebebiyle zarara u\u011framas\u0131 halinde zarar\u0131n giderilmesini talep etme.<\/li><\/ul><p>KVKK\u2019n\u0131n 13. maddesinin 1. f\u0131kras\u0131 gere\u011fince, yukar\u0131da belirtilen haklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kullanmak ile ilgili talebinizi, yaz\u0131l\u0131 veya Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunun belirledi\u011fi di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlerle bize iletebilirsiniz.<\/p><p>Yukar\u0131da belirtilen haklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kullanmak i\u00e7in kimli\u011finizi tespit edici gerekli bilgiler ile yukar\u0131da belirtilen haklardan kullanmay\u0131 talep etti\u011finiz hakk\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 i\u00e7eren talebinizi; \u201cwww.bms.com.tr\u201d adresindeki formu doldurarak, formun imzal\u0131 bir n\u00fcshas\u0131n\u0131 \u201cEtiler Mah.
